Elaichi chai

Elaichi chai, also known as cardamom tea, is a popular type of spiced tea that is commonly consumed in India and other parts of South Asia. It is made using a blend of black tea leaves, milk, and cardamom pods, which give the tea its distinctive flavor and aroma.

To make elaichi chai, the tea leaves are first brewed in boiling water for a few minutes, along with the cardamom pods. The mixture is then strained and mixed with hot milk, which gives the tea its creamy texture. Sugar or honey may be added to taste.

Elaichi chai is known for its warm, comforting flavor and aroma, which is both sweet and spicy. Cardamom is believed to have several health benefits, including aiding digestion and reducing inflammation, which adds to the appeal of the tea.
